Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions
Last updated: August 2026. By applying to or participating in the AutomateNG Affiliate Program, you agree to the terms below.
1. Eligibility
The AutomateNG Affiliate Program is open to individuals 18 years or older who have a valid means of payment (bank account or supported payout method) and agree to promote AutomateNG products honestly and in accordance with these terms. AutomateNG reserves the right to approve, decline, or remove any affiliate at its sole discretion.
2. How Referrals Are Tracked
Each affiliate is assigned a unique referral link and tracking cookie. A sale is credited to an affiliate when a customer clicks their referral link and completes a purchase within the active cookie window (currently 60 days). Cleared cookies, ad blockers, or cross-device purchases may prevent accurate tracking, and AutomateNG is not responsible for un-tracked referrals in such cases.
3. Commission Rates & Payment
Commission rates are outlined in the table above and may be updated by AutomateNG with reasonable notice to active affiliates. Commissions are calculated on the net sale amount, after discounts, refunds, and applicable payment processing fees. Approved commissions are paid out on a monthly basis, provided the affiliate has met the minimum payout threshold stated in their dashboard.
4. Refunds & Chargebacks
If a customer referred by an affiliate requests a refund or initiates a chargeback, the associated commission will be reversed and deducted from the affiliate's next payout. Commissions are only considered final once the applicable refund window for that product has passed.
5. Prohibited Promotional Practices
Affiliates may not: bid on AutomateNG's brand name or close variations in paid search advertising; use spam, unsolicited bulk email, or misleading claims to generate referrals; impersonate AutomateNG or claim official employee/partner status beyond "affiliate"; offer unauthorized discounts, rebates, or cashback on top of AutomateNG's own pricing; or promote AutomateNG products on platforms that violate applicable law or third-party platform policies. Violation of this section may result in forfeiture of unpaid commissions and immediate removal from the program.
6. Self-Referrals
Affiliates may not use their own referral link to purchase products for themselves for the purpose of earning a commission on their own purchase. Any commission generated this way may be reversed.
7. Use of Brand Assets
Affiliates may use AutomateNG-provided banners, logos, and marketing copy strictly for the purpose of promoting AutomateNG products. Assets may not be modified in a way that misrepresents AutomateNG, its products, or its founder, David Azuokwu.
8. Program Changes & Termination
AutomateNG may modify commission rates, cookie duration, or these terms at any time, with changes taking effect for new referrals going forward. AutomateNG reserves the right to suspend or terminate any affiliate's participation for breach of these terms, fraudulent activity, or at its discretion, with any outstanding valid commissions paid out according to the normal payout schedule.
9. Independent Contractor Status
Affiliates participate in this program as independent marketers, not as employees, agents, or legal partners of AutomateNG. Affiliates are responsible for any taxes applicable to their commission income in their jurisdiction.

Yes. There is no fee to apply or to remain an active affiliate. You only need a valid payout method on file to receive commissions.
Approved commissions are paid out monthly, once you've cleared the minimum payout threshold shown in your affiliate dashboard, and once the refund window for the referred sale has passed.
Absolutely โ Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, WhatsApp status, and blogs are all great channels. Just make sure your link is disclosed as an affiliate link where required by local regulation or platform policy.
The commission tied to that sale is reversed and deducted from your next payout, in line with Section 4 of the Terms above.
Yes, with one restriction: you may not bid on "AutomateNG" or close variations of the brand name in paid search campaigns. All other paid promotion is welcome.
